Shipping is applied during check out. If you would like to avoid shipping charges and pick up locally, that will also be an option during check out.

returns & exchanges

Since each item is made to your specific order and I get started on them as soon as possible from designing your product to ordering materials, returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted on digital files.

damaged or faulty goods

If there is an issue with your product prior to you using or washing it, please reach out and I will do what I can to make it right. Items that have be worn or washed will not be eligible.
